The Details

I’m Julius, a young and talented Hyper Island graduate from Sweden with an eye for the convergence of design & function, with one foot in the development world and the other in design.

I love to see how something takes form, crafting it until it’s beautiful and well functioning.
And then letting it run wild.

My passion in life is creating things. Most times those things end up being digital. But they don’t have to be. I’ve run my own clothing label, directed short movies, and am currently jotting away at a sci-fi novel.

I love digital, though. When I was fourteen I started my own Mac portal covering the latest news and getting products sent to me from all over the world for heavy testing. Before that, I ran a little software outfit creating shareware (and designing over ambitious easter eggs).

In 2008, I was accepted to the Digital Media program at Hyper Island and got the chance to experience one of Sweden’s smallest and most persistently windy cities (although not without its own special charm, of course).

In 2009 I packed my bags and moved to London. What started out as an internship turned into a full time position, which then turned into a new position at a brand new Shoreditch startup.

And here I am.
